Mr. Nordal (1958) is a co-founder of the Company and has served at the board of directors since the founding of the company. He served as chairman from 2011 to January 2015 and from December 2015 until May 2026. He has extensive experience from national and international senior board and executive management positions in industry and biosciences. He sits on the board of directors of Regenics AS and Hyperthermics AS. He holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and aMBA in Project Management from the SKEMA Business School, France.
